De Wee Builders was founded in 1973 by the late Klaas de Wee. In 1998, his son Jonathan Benjamin de Wee was employed as a labourer but soon became a bricklayer. In 2001, he became a foreman until 2007 at which point, he branched out into subcontracting to De Wee Builders. In 2009, following the passing of Klaas, he inherited the business and in 2017, renamed the business to JB de Wee Construction. Some notable projects have been completed in areas such as Kanonberg, Durbanville, Mossel Bay, Clara Anna Fontein and the West Coast.
JB de Wee Construction is NHBRC registered.
